The three-star Hotel Bończa is often called by guests and the media the "Szczecin hotel on the water" because of the picturesque Płonia river flowing under the hotel. It is probably the only facility of this type so situated in Poland.
The hotel was built in 2001 in a palace style on the ruins and foundations of a former hydroelectric power plant. The attraction of the hotel is the Rose Room with a glass floor, through which you can see the river flowing under the hotel.
Located in the very center of the historic district of Szczecin - Szczecin Dąbie, in the immediate vicinity of a historic Gothic church, a Renaissance hunting lodge, not far from the Goleniów Forest and numerous yacht marinas located on the southern shore of the largest lake in Western Pomerania.
Only 800 m from the main inlet route to Szczecin, a short distance from the center of Szczecin / 10 km /, the airport in Goleniów / 20 km / and highway No. 6 with convenient access to Świnoujście, Gdańsk and Gdynia, makes it possible for you to combine a business trip with a comfortable one, soothing relaxation.
About 1 km from the Hotel Bończa there is a beach on Lake Dąbie (after a major renovation). You can find alleys with comfortable, impressive benches, beach volleyball courts, playgrounds for smaller and larger children, an open-air gym, shelters, gazebos, barbecue areas, drinkers, as well as places to relax with deckchairs.
